Secretary General

​1- The General Secretariat consists of a General Secretary, at most two Deputy General Secretaries and affiliated units.

2- The Secretary General is the head of the university administrative organization and is responsible to the Rector for the operation of this organization.

3- The Secretary General, in addition to his duties as the head of the university administrative organization, performs the following duties through himself and the units affiliated with him.

a. To ensure that the units within the University Administrative Organization work efficiently, regularly and harmoniously,

b. To serve as rapporteur in the University Senate and the University Board of Directors without participating in voting; To ensure that the decisions taken in these boards are written, protected and stored,

c. To convey the decisions of the University Senate and the University Board of Directors to the units affiliated with the university,

d. To make recommendations to the Rector about the personnel to be assigned to the university administrative organization,

e. to. To ensure the execution of Press and Public Relations services,

f. To carry out the correspondence of the Rectorate and the General Secretariat,

g. To organize the protocol, visit and ceremonial affairs of the Rectorate,

h. To perform and have similar duties assigned by the Rector

         Deputy Secretary General

         a. To assist the Secretary General in ensuring the efficient, orderly and harmonious operation of the administrative units of the university,

         b. To ensure the fulfillment of other services for which the Secretary General is responsible, in his deputation to the Secretary General,

         c. To perform other duties assigned by the Rector, Vice Rectors and General Secretary.
